Whole or Half Hog

Whole hogs are available, cut to your custom instructions. A whole hog will result in about 140-150lbs in cuts at $5.50/lb. A Half hog will result in about 70-75lbs in cuts at $5.75/lb. It is possible to have sausages, pepperettes, pemeal, etc made by the butcher at an additional cost per pound for those items (whatever our butcher charges).  Contact us to pre-order. It takes a couple of months typically to arrange a date at the abbatoir.  There is a $100 per half deposit required.
